At Gripzza, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that every product we ship meets high standards of quality and design. However, if you face any issues, we’ve designed a fair and transparent Return & Replacement Policy to protect your purchase and give you complete peace of mind.
You can request a return within 7 days of the product being delivered.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
We require a clear unboxing video as proof at the time of opening the package. This video is mandatory to process any return requests. Requests without video evidence will not be eligible.
Returns are not accepted for reasons related to personal preference, such as color change, style change, or if the customer changes their mind after purchase.
All Gripzza products come with a 1-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing defects include issues such as improper fitting, faulty MagSafe alignment, broken hinges, or case material defects.
Damages caused by customer misuse (drops, scratches, accidental damage, exposure to liquid, etc.) are not covered.
If your product qualifies under warranty, we will ship a brand-new replacement unit at no extra cost.
To ensure fairness and protect both the customer and Gripzza, we strictly require a video recording of the unboxing process:
The video must clearly show the package being opened from the start.
The product must be shown in full detail.
The video should not be edited or cut.
This helps us verify genuine issues and prevents misuse of the return/replacement policy.
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and unboxing video.
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Ship the product back using the address provided. The product must reach us in its original condition.
After inspection, we will issue a refund or replacement as per your eligibility.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
Replacements will be shipped within 3–5 working days of approval.
Products without a valid unboxing video.
Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling, accidents, or wear and tear.
Any product returned beyond the 7-day return window.
Gripzza reserves the right to reject return/replacement claims that do not meet the above conditions.
In case of disputes, Gripzza’s decision will be final.
